Texas Hold’em poker is being played in every corner of the
Province, however the structures of 90% of the tournaments are ‘crap shoots’.
The majority of poker tournaments in Northern Ireland get the players money and
finish the tournaments as soon as possible. At the Bridge Club Mark and Tony (being players themselves) shall structure tournaments that will enable the players to display their poker skills and improve their game.
Some tournament organisers who consistently take a large profit from the prize pool anger many players, and because they had no other venue to play poker they reluctantly accepted this. The Bridge Club will give value to the serious poker player and also guarantee generous prize pools.
The Bridge Club shall organise satellite tournaments to major poker events such as Ladbrokes Poker Cruise, Irish Poker Championships and the W.S.O.P
to name only a few. Please contact club for details if any players need any
information on tournaments, hotel accommodation or any related poker inquiry
please contact the Bridge Club, Tony or Mark would be delighted to help.

The club is decorated in pleasant browns and yellows with sporting memorabilia decorating the walls, with two large plasma screens so the players can enjoy the poker tournaments while viewing the football, golf or whatever sports are being broadcast.
There are ten poker tables covered with professional speed cloth and trimmed with cream leather. Ten players can sit comfortably at each table giving the club a capacity for one hundred players. The club offers free refreshments, all tournaments are non smoking and players can also enjoy safe & free parking beside the club.
